A fantastic day at Ardagh Community Centre on the June Bank Holiday Monday. Well done to everyone who took part in the Leisure Cycle, whether you tackled the 30km or the 50km route.
The Lisheen Cooneal Crossmolina Cycling Club chose Ardagh Social Services as the beneficiary of the event, to help provide more opportunities for people to come together through community events, social activities and gatherings.
Thank you to the organisers, volunteers, marshals, sponsors and supporters along the route. Special praise goes to the ladies in the community centre who put on a fantastic spread of refreshments for the cyclists on their return. The buzz around the centre throughout the morning was fantastic, with plenty of chat, laughter and stories.
