Staying Independent as We Age: thank you to our speakers

On Wednesday 16 September Ardagh Social Services hosted "Staying Independent as We Age" in the centre: expert talks from an occupational therapist and a physiotherapist at 11am, followed by lunch and music.

Thank you to our speakers, to everyone who came, and to all who made the day run so well. The cost was subsidised at €10 a head. Photos to follow.
