Sinead Reinhardt, co-ordinator with Healthy Age Friendly Homes, gave a talk in Ardagh Community Centre on Wednesday 28 January at 11am, on the resources and supports available to people over 65. The talk aims to help older people live in their own home with independence for as long as possible. There was also a chance to have a one-to-one chat with the speaker afterwards.

It was a very enjoyable morning, and great to see such a good crowd. Thanks to Sinead for such an informative talk. We all enjoyed the tea and refreshments afterwards.
